SMC is the commercial arm of the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation (SAMF), launched to elevate motorsports to a national business platform.

Challenge & Objective

As a first-of-its-kind national motorsports body, SMC required immediate executive hires with international experience within a short launch window and limited stakeholder availability.
