The Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee is representing KSA to build a sustainable and athlete-centric sports system that produces internationally competitive role models and inspires society to participation in sports.

Challenge & Objective

The Saudi Arabian government launched a Committee to transform the sporting landscape and position the country in the top three Asian games by 2030. However, challenges included attracting top professionals in Sports Nutrition and Sports Medicine.

To support the Committee with an embedded delivery team capable of managing multi-functional mandates quickly and consistently.
